I have seen these on the internet as well and they are just too cute! I had a mom request some for her daughter’s birthday and she really liked them. They can be made in any flavor so the options are endless!

Chai Tea Latte Cupcakes
I’ve been wanting to try a chai cupcake and one cool, rainy day I decided it would be a good day to make these. I infused the milk used in the recipe with some chai tea concentrate. I used my own that I had made. It was a lower fat cupcake replacing some fat with applesauce so it had a different texture. It didn’t matter though! They sold that day! I topped them with a cinnamon buttercream.

Pink lemonade is a fun flavor with a bit of a pucker for the summer! I use the powdered lemonade mix without sugar for pucker power! They can look fancy or fun!
Chocolate Stout Cupcakes
I found some great organic chocolate stout at our local Earthfare and it was begging to be made into chocolate stout cupcake! I topped them with a chocolate ganache. The stout was very subtle and probably could only be tasted if you knew it was in there. Yum!
