I’ve been wanting to try a chai cupcake and one cool, rainy day I decided it would be a good day to make these. I infused the milk used in the recipe with some chai tea concentrate. I used my own that I had made. It was a lower fat cupcake replacing some fat with applesauce so it had a different texture. It didn’t matter though! They sold that day! I topped them with a cinnamon buttercream.
