I happened upon a blend for gluten free baking and gave it a try. This gluten-free artisan flour blend starts with grinding some sorghum grain into flour and adding brown rice flour, cornstarch, potato starch, potato flour and xanthan gum.
I was excited to try it! I mixed up a chocolate cake and couldn’t believe my tastebuds! This what gluten-free???? Amazing! No funky aftertaste, light and fluffy and hardly any gritty texture! Sold! Im sold!
